The native of South Carolina is another former in-line skater who made the transition to the ice and lives in Murray while training for the Olympics. She qualified for her first Olympics by winning the 500 meters at the U.S. Championships at the Utah Olympic Oval in December.

Her Olympic experience: Had a 30th-place finish at the 500 meters.
