Former Utah football players Jamal Anderson and Luther Elliss are scheduled to take part in a pregame ceremony in the Coliseum Saturday prior to the Ute-USC football game. Anderson and Elliss, along with former USC Trojans Tim McDonald and Sal Mena, will present a commemorative Pac-12 football to commissioner Larry Scott at midfield.

The ball, signed by the league's 12 coaches to commemorate the first Pac-12 football game, will be donated to the 9/11 Memorial.

Anderson played running back for the Utes from 1992-93, leading the team in rushing as a senior with 958 yards while averaging 5.70 yards. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the seventh round in 1994 and played eight seasons for the Falcons, amassing 5,336 rushing yards.

Elliss was a Ute defensive lineman from 1991-94, earning consensus first-team All-America honors as a senior when he recorded 78 tackles, four sacks and nine tackles for loss. Elliss became a first-round draft pick of the Detroit Lions and played in the Pro Bowl in 1999 and 2000.
