Am I the only Tribune reader who is sick of all of the anti-LDS rhetoric being published in the Forum? Many people seem to be upset that the church has an opinion on the gay marriage debate. Since when was it so terrible to have an opinion? They have the opinion that gays and lesbians should be allowed to marry. I have the opinion that they should not be allowed to marry.

So get over it. The LDS Church has an opinion. Others have differing opinions. They claim the church is being intolerant, but somehow they aren't intolerant of the church's beliefs?

If you feel so strongly about this matter, vote in November against the amendment to the Utah Constitution that would define marriage as between a man and a woman. But don't worry, you can rest assured that I, along with many other LDS faithful, will be voting for that amendment.
