London • Either way, Dominika Cibulkova has plans for Saturday.

The Slovakian tennis player was supposed to get married this weekend, but she may have to postpone her wedding if she keeps winning and reaches the Wimbledon final.

"If I would win tomorrow, then we will change it. Then we will postpone it, because it will be a lot of rush," the 27-year-old Cibulkova said Monday. "It's still really, really far. I want to get a good rest and I just want to play well tomorrow."

The 19th-seeded Cibulkova advanced to the quarterfinals at the All England Club by beating third-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska 6-3, 5-7, 9-7, saving a match point. She will next face Elena Vesnina of Russia on Tuesday.

Cibulkova has reached the Wimbledon quarterfinals once before, in 2011. But her best result at a Grand Slam tournament came in 2014 when she played in the Australian Open final, losing to Li Na.

But because Cibulkova has never considered herself a grass-court player, she didn't plan on having any conflict between this year's Wimbledon final and her pending wedding to Miso Navara.

"If we would really have to postpone it, then it will be like dream come true, because nothing better could happen to me, to me in my tennis career," said Cibulkova, who won the grass-court warm-up tournament in Eastbourne. "It's no problem to postpone a wedding one week after, and it will be even more enjoyable."

The last player to win a Wimbledon warm-up tournament and then win the title at the All England Club was Maria Sharapova in 2004.

Despite her good play on grass, Cibulkova said she set the date for this weekend because she likes the number nine — as in July 9. But if the wedding goes ahead as scheduled, one of the guests would have to miss it.

"I invited also Marion Bartoli," Cibulkova said of the 2013 Wimbledon champion. "But she is commentating the finals, so if she would commentate me, I wouldn't mind, because next week she can come."
