Mountain Town Olive Oil Company has opened a new store at the Gateway Mall in downtown Salt Lake City.

The store, which opened this weekend, carries extra-virgin olive oils from just about every continent. The store, located on the north side of the mall (across from Starbucks) also carries flavored oils and balsamic vinegars.

This is the second store for owner Jessica McCleary, who opened her first Mt. Town shop last year at 605 Main St. in Park City. (Inside the Park Hotel.) Read this story to learn how she got started

The coolest thing about the shop are the fustis — shiny stainless steel containers that look like milk cans with spigots. Each one holds a different oil or vinegar. Visitors can spend time in the shop reading about the products and samplig the offerings before they buy.

Another great thing - the oils and vinegars are affordable. The majority cost around $15 for a 375 ml bottle.
