ABC has picked up three of its dramas for next season — "Castle," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" will all be back in 2011-12.

Of course, the renewal of "Private Practice" proves once again a show doesn't actually have to be good to be renewed.

The network did not renew either of its Sunday-night, scripted hours. ABC Entertainment president Paul Lee made nice about "Brothers & Sisters" and said, "We have ambitions to pick up" "Desperate Housewives," but added, "We have not made any decision yet" regarding those two shows.

The betting is that "Desperate Housewives" will return, but "Brothers & Sisters" may not.
