The Utah Blaze (5-6) have signed two-way lineman Dan DeMaster out of Eastern Michigan to boost its depth headed into its Saturday matchup with the Tulsa Talons (4-7).

DeMaster joins the Blaze after starting three years at offensive tackle and guard for the Eagles. Utah hopes the rookie will boost an offensive line that has strugged with injuries this year.

The Blaze also announced they have reactivated defensive tackle Gabe Long off the IR, while placing fullback Ben Stallings on IR. Defensive back Quinton Andrews has been relegated to Recallable Reassignment.
