All of Utah's February signees who were expected to be on campus for the summer are here except for a few. Those missing are offensive linemen Po'u Palelei and Benji Kemoeatu, defensive back Keith McGill and linebacker Tevita Bloomfield. In a best case scenario, all four will finish their academic requirements and join the Utes. I'd say there is a particular urgency though for the offensive linemen, considering the Utes don't have much depth there and learned in spring camp just how difficult life can be when one or two guys go out with injuries. In addition, linebacker Nai Fotu, who was arrested on DUI charges in February, hasn't been reinstated but will be allowed to practice with the Utes. He didn't play in 2010 due to injury, but if things go well for him and he is reinstated he could be a big addition for the Utes.
