Get a behind-the-scenes look at how artisan chocolate is made during the free holiday factory tours being offered at Amano Artisan Chocolate in November and December.

The tours, which include free tastings, will be held Fridays and Saturdays through Dec. 23 at the Orem Factory, 950 S. 1325 West. Tours start at the top of every hour beginning at 11 a.m. and continue through 5 p.m. Amano makes several award-winning chocolate bars; there also is a pastry kitchen on site where luxury chocolate confections in exotic flavors are made and sold.

From Interstate 15, take the 400 South Orem exit and head west. Take the first left after you go under the freeway. Look for the large sign that says Amano Chocolate.
