Fisher had his own strokes that left Park City (22-4) feeling a little bit ill.
An RBI single by Fisher sent home the first run in the first as Dixie turned over the lineup in the opening frame.
Leadoff hitter Hobbs Nyberg was already on third with a triple when Fisher came up in the second. This time Fisher crushed a ball over the left-center field fence.
Fisher got a triple with a drive to deep center in the third and, needing a double for the cycle, ended his day in the third with another run-scoring single.
"They're a great team, so we came out thinking 'Jump on them early,'" Fisher said. "I didn't think it was going to be 19-1. But we were swinging the bats pretty good [Thursday] too, so we knew we were going to come out here and put up some offense."
The 10-run rule ended the contest after five innings.
Cooper Vest started on the mound for Dixie. He worked four innings, giving up one run on three hits, before giving way to reliever Christian Hansen in the fifth.
The Flyers will play at noon Saturday and capture the state championship if they take that game. Dixie is in great shape with its pitching. Sophomores Kayler Yates and Ajay Leavitt both are available.
"I think we're OK. We've gone through two games and extended a little bit less than three guys," Dixie coach Danny Ipson said. "We've got some pitching left."
Park City will try to win a 10 a.m. game to get another shot at Dixie in the double-elimination tournament. But the situation on the mound is a little more dire for the Miners.
