Al Jefferson out vs. 76ers; Favors will start at center

Al Jefferson (inflamed right ankle) is inactive Friday night against Philadelphia. Derrick Favors will start at center, teaming with power forward Paul Millsap.

Jefferson will miss his first game for Utah. He played in and started all 82 games during the 2010-11 season.
