Culinary boutique opens in West Jordan

Shop for cookware and kitchen gadgets at Taste Culinary Boutique, a new retail store that opened recently at Gardner Village in West Jordan.

Taste also features gourmet coffee, signature frozen hot chocolate, ice cream and healthy and fresh grab-and-go items.

The store also has a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes. Courses are about two hours long and cost $30 per person. Here's a list of what's available in January:

A Tour of Italy • Tuesday, Jan. 10, 11 a.m.

A Taste of Mexico (Gluten Free) • Thursday, Jan. 19, 11:45 a.m.; and Friday, Jan. 20, 6:30 p.m.

German Baked Goods • Saturday, Jan. 21, 1:30 p.m.

Middle Eastern Fusion • Tuesday, Jan. 24, 11 a.m.; and Friday, Jan. 27, 6:30 p.m.
