Traffic accidents on a stretch of Interstate 15 in Utah County slowed commuters to a crawl Tuesday morning.

The Utah Department of Transportation reports that the crashes — a one vehicle accident on southbound I-15 near Pleasant Grove about 6:30 a.m., and a two-car collision about 15 minutes later, also on southbound I-15 some four miles away from the first accident — delayed motorists at least 15 minutes as the morning commute reached its heaviest levels.

No serious injuries were reported, and the Utah Highway Patrol had the accident scenes cleared by 8 a.m.
