Learn how to adjust your eating habits as you age, during this three-session class sponsored by Lifelong Learning at the University of Utah. Instructor Kari Moe-Hoffman, a nutritionist and co-owner of Origin Nutrition, will discuss the role of nutrients in disease prevention and mental health and how to treat common age-related problems such as insomnia, fatigue, depression, diabetes, heart disease, and bone and joint issues.
