The Titanic, the most fascinating shipwreck in maritime history, marks its 100th anniversary in April.

Learn about some of the food that passengers enjoyed on that fateful night during the "Titanic Dinner Party" class offered at Viking Cooking School, 2233 S. 300 East, South Salt Lake.

This cooking demonstration/dinner takes place Saturday, April 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. and costs $109 per person. The menu includes shrimp canapes, lamb chops with mint glaze, lobster Thermidor, duchess potatoes, asparagus salad with Champagne vinaigrette and chocolate eclairs.
