Francesco Montino, a native of Naples, is sharing some of his family's best Italian recipes at Per Noi Trattoria.

This new Salt Lake City restaurant is at 1588 E. Stratford Ave., (2500 South) in Salt Lake City. It's the former location of Z Pizzeria.

The affordable menu includes appetizers, pasta fagioli soup, salads, homemade ravioli and gnocchi, thin crust pizza, grilled salmon and even a ribeye steak. Prices from $3.95 to $12.95.

The house-made desserts include traditional favorites such as tiramisu, cannoli and panna cotta.

Per Noi — which means "for us" in Italian — is open Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays 4 to 10 p.m.

Takeout and catering also available.
