High West Distillery and Saloon in Park City will unveil it's newest whiskey — called Campfire — on Saturday, May 5, during it's third annual Derby Day Party.

It is possibly the first spirit that is a blend of malt scotch whiskey, Bourbon, and rye, according to High West Owner, Dave Perkins. The blend makes for a "sweet, spicy and smoky sipping whiskey."

During the Derby Party, which celebrates the 138th running of the Kentucky Derby, Campfire will be used to make the traditional Mint Juleps. ($6 each.)

The party runs from 2:30 to 6 p.m. and is open to all ages. Tickets are $30 in advance or $40 at the door. Cost includes a buffet of Kentucky favorites including Burgoo stew, hot browns and Derby pie, as well as live music, a hat contest and viewing the race on the big-screen TVs.
