A 39-year-old West Point man is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly asking for and receiving nude photos of underage girls.

David Thor Oliver has been charged in 2nd District Court with nine second-degree felony counts of sexual exploitation of minor, one for each photograph that officials say he received of three girls between June and November of last year.

Oliver also has been charged with counts of sexual battery, a class A misdemeanor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class B misdemeanor. According to court documents, Oliver inappropriately touched two girls and gave alcohol and cigarettes to three girls. Court documents do not specify how many alleged victims there are in total.

Oliver was booked into the Davis County jail. He had his first court appearance Monday afternoon before Judge David Connors.
