Two loose cows on Interstate 15 in Davis County slowed traffic Monday morning, but no crashes were reported.

The animals were reported in the southbound lanes of I-15 at about 11:40 a.m., according to the Utah Department of Public Safety.

Animal control officers responded, lassoed the critters and the situation was resolved within about 45 minutes.
