Salt Lake City police say three suspects in an injury car crash remained at large Tuesday after escaping officers on the Jordan River Parkway.

Police said an officer noticed a blue Honda Civic speeding near 500 S. Emery about 8 p.m. Monday and gave chase. The vehicle ran a stop sign at 400 S. Emery and collided with truck; after the crash the suspects fled on foot to the Parkway trail.

Officers searched the area with dogs but failed to locate the trio.

A man and woman in the truck were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call police at 801-799-3000.
