Thursday on Utah TV: Do we need another dating show? Nope.

In the new reality show 3 (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2), three women who've never met before become each other's support system as they look for true love.

They look for true love by meeting more than 100 men and starting to narrow the field.

And I'm hoping this kind of show disappears. Soon.

Sullivan & Son (8 and 10 p.m., TBS): Steve and Melanie uncover a secret about the bar

Rookie Blue (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Gail goes under cover to try to figure out why women are disappearing.

Burn Notice (10 p.m., USA): An MI6 agent tries to keep Fiona in prison.

Anger Management (10:30 p.m., FX): Charlie starts dating one of Kate's patients.

Wilfred (11 p.m., FX): Wilfred gets in the way of Ryan's plans to introduce Amanda to Jenna.

Suits (11 p.m., USA): Harvey and Mike take on a strange case.

Louie (11:30 p.m., FX): Louie goes out on a date.
