O.C. Tanner, a global employee-recognition company, has named Beth Thornton its the new executive vice president of sales. She will be responsible for developing, encouraging and inspiring O.C. Tanner's sales team of 100 representatives.

FFKR Architects, Salt Lake City, has named three new principal architects. Greta Anderson, who has been with FFKR since 1997, became a licensed architect in 2004. Steve Goodwin, who has been with FFKR since 1997, was licensed as an architect in 2000. Marianne Wander, who has been with the firm for 14 years, became a licensed architect in 1997.

Carolyn Montgomery and Brian Burnett have been elected to the board of directors of the Salt Lake City-based law firm of Callister Nebeker & McCullough. Montgomery has been an attorney in Salt Lake City for more than 30 years in bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation matters. She has served as chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar and as president of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers' Forum. Burnett graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1982. Formerly an assistant attorney general in Utah, he handles a variety of energy, natural resources and environmental law matters.

Security Service Federal Credit Union has promoted Christi Farney to service center manager in American Fork. She previously served as assistant manager for the credit union in Riverton after joining as a teller in 2006.

Patrick F. Keenan, chief financial officer of Rio Tinto Kennecott Utah Copper, has been named a director of the Salt Lake City branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Keenan's career with Rio Tinto began with an accounting position with Kennecott Utah Copper and was followed by international assignments in Indonesia, England an Australia. He returned to Utah in 2008 to assume his current role.

Victor Ingalls has been named vice president and general manager of the American Express Service Center in Taylorsville. This newly created role means Ingalls is the leader for the company's world service division. He previously served as vice president in world service in Sydney, Australia.

Domo, a new Utah-based software-as-a-service venture started by Omniture co-founder and former CEO Josh James, has announced the appointment of Steve Wellen as chief operating officer. Wellen brings more than 30 years of global sales, management and client service experience to Domo. Most recently, he served as vice president of worldwide client services for Adobe Systems.

Salt Lake attorney James Holtkamp has been elected a fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers. He is one of only two current Utah fellows of the college. Holtkamp has more than 35 years of experience that includes involvement in climate change issues; carbon credit trading in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe, and corporate climate change policies in the energy sector.

Todd Royle has been promoted to Salt Lake City shop manager at C.R. England, a Salt Lake City-based trucking company. Royle has been with C.R. England for 19 years. Astrid Romero, Bart Harris, Lane Ward and Tony Martinez have joined the company as senior driver recruiters. Romero previously worked in the finance industry, Harris in sales and Ward in telecommunications industry. Andrea Riemenschneider has joined the company as a corporate recruiter, while Christopher Wilcox is a new driving instructor. Wilcox previously was an over-the-road driver. Michael Proctor, Cynthia Sosa and Craig Koester have joined as after-hours customer managers. Proctor previously worked for an investment company, Sosa for a telecommunication company and Koester in the health care industry. Tahnee Martinez, who has joined as an account manager, previously worked for a sign and graphics design company. Erica Shaw has joined as an after-hours driver services representative. She previously worked for a telecommunications company.
