Job creators?

As should be apparent by now, the "job creators" only create jobs when the vast middle and lower economic classes have money to buy their products and services. The ever-growing concentration of wealth into the hands of an ever-shrinking minority is ultimately bad for everyone.

I'm not sure what the entire answer is; I certainly don't favor a communist-style redistribution of wealth. I do believe that greater unionization of the private workforce and elimination of any tax incentive for moving jobs and capital out of the country would help.
