College Football • Oregon on top; Stanford leapfrogs USC

1. Oregon (3-0)

Ducks finally get moderate test as Arizona goes to Eugene this week.

2. Stanford (3-0)

After a tepid preseason, the Cardinal notched stunning win over No. 2 USC.

3. USC (2-1)

No one-loss Pac-12 team has ever played in the BCS Championship game.

4. UCLA (3-0)

Johnathan Franklin's averaged plummeted to 180 yards per game.

5. Arizona (3-0)

The Wildcats last beat Oregon in 2007 and last won in Eugene in 2006.

6. Oregon State (1-0)

OSU still riding the win over Wisconsin, but Beavers have a chance at UCLA.

7. Utah (2-1)

The Utes kept their season off life support with chaotic win over BYU.

8. Arizona State (2-1)

The Sun Devils are 0-1 against quality opponents, so what will they do with the Utes?

9. California (1-2)

Near-upset of Ohio State was encouraging, but where will conference wins come from?

10. Washington (2-1)

The Huskies' next four games are against ranked opponents.

11. Washington State (1-2)

Mike Leach continues to entertain. His team? Less so.

12. Colorado (0-3)

The Buffs appear to be the worst team in an AQ conference. —
