• An actress who appears in that anti-Islam "movie" trailer is suing the producers, along with YouTube and Google, for fraud, slander and causing emotional distress for posting something that misrepresented her. This comes after an intriguing question: What if "The Innocence of Muslims" doesn't really exist as a movie? [Entertainment Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter]

• Warner Bros. is trying to bring back its Looney Tunes characters in a movie, and has hired Jenny Slate – the former "Saturday Night Live" performer – to write the script. [Vulture]
