Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico • Colonia Lomas de Santa Fe, Mexico, 235.1 million American depositary shares, each representing 5 series B shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by Santander, UBS and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol BSMX. Business: Second largest bank in Mexico and a spin-off of Spanish bank Santander.

Qualys Inc. • Redwood Shores, Calif., 7.6 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol QLYS. Business: Provides cloud-based IT security and compliance software solutions.

Summit Midstream Partners LP • Dallas, 12.5 million units of limited partnership, priced $19 to $21, managed by Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Proposed NYSE symbol SMLP. Business: Limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure.
