Does The Tribune editorial board recall its endorsement of President George W. Bush eight years ago, in 2004?

You listed all the reasons not to re-elect him, and then said that, if he changed his Cabinet and his policies, he could do an excellent job in a second term.

Everyone with a brain knew that Tribune publisher Dean Singleton had ordered the board to endorse Bush.

And now you have similarly endorsed Rep. Rob Bishop and Sen. Orrin Hatch.

I await your ordered endorsement of Gov. Mitt Romney.
