Alabama "hick-hop" rapper Yelawolf will bring his Slumerican Tour with special guests Rittz, Trouble Andrew, DJ Vajra and Prof to In The Venue.

During a break during the shooting of a video with Blink-182's Travis Barker, Yelawolf, 32, said his follow-up to his 2011 debut "Radioactive" will have him calling all of the shots.

On his debut, he said, there were "too many Indians trying to be chiefs," with a result being too many guests and too many decisions made to appease his label, Eminem's Shady Records.

Yelawolf acknowledged that the incredibly eclectic "Radioactive" was "a learning experience," but his next album, tentatively called "Love Story," will be more representative of who he is. "My music and my future is what I want to do," said the southerner.
