Radius Health Inc. • Cambridge, Mass., 6.5 million shares, priced $8.50 to $10.50, managed by UBS and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol RDUS. Business: Venture capital-backed biotech developing treatments to restore bone loss from osteoporosis.

Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc. • Corte Madera, Calif., 5.2 million shares, priced $22 to $24, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Proposed NYSE symbol RH. Business: High-end home furnishings retailer with 83 stores in the US and Canada.

Singulex Inc. • Alameda, Calif., 4.4 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by UBS and Piper Jaffray. Proposed NYSE symbol SGLX. Business: Provides advanced diagnostic testing for cardiovascular disease.

Southcross Energy Partners LP • Dallas, Tx., 9 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol SXE. Business: Provides natural gas gathering, processing and transportation in the southern US.

Taylor & Martin Group Inc. • Houston, Tx., 15 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Canaccord Genuity and Oppenheimer. Proposed NYSE symbol TMG. Business: Provider of marketplaces and value-added solutions for the liquidation of pre-owned capital assets, excess inventory and returned consumer goods.

Summit • The Davis Chamber of Commerce' Business and Economic Summit & Training (BEST) from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Weber State University Davis Campus, 2750 N. University Park Blvd., Layton. The theme for this year's program is "Embracing the Radical Future." The keynote speaker will be Pam Perlich, Ph.D. of the University of Utah, an expert on the changing demographics in Utah. The public is invited. The cost is $65 for chamber members and $75 for non-chamber members. Art Show • The Governor's Office of Economic Development, the Utah Office of Tourism and the China Great Wall Society will present a Chinese art exhibition from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, 15 E. South Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. The art exhibition will be held in the Jade, Gold and President's rooms on the mezzanine level. It is free and open to the public. It is being held to celebrate the new "sister relationship" between the Division of Utah State Parks and Recreation, Antelope Island State Park and the Jinshanling section of the Great Wall.
