A one-vehicle rollover accident Wednesday morning slowed commuters in the area of State Road 201 and Interstate 215.

Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson said the crash occurred at 8:41 a.m. on eastbound SR-201, near where it intersects I-215. The female driver had to be extricated from her black SUV but was reported conscious, alert and breathing, apparently not having suffered serious injury.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.

Troopers closed one lane near eastbound mile marker 16, Johnson said. Delays of up to 15 minutes were reported.

Normal traffic flow was restored by late Wednesday morning, once wreckage was cleared.
