Singulex Inc. • Alameda, Calif., 4.4 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by UBS and Piper Jaffray. Proposed NYSE symbol SGLX. Business: Provides advanced diagnostic testing for cardiovascular disease.

Taylor & Martin Group Inc. • Houston, 15 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Canaccord Genuity and Oppenheimer. Proposed NYSE symbol TMG. Business: Provider of marketplaces and value-added solutions for the liquidation of pre-owned capital assets, excess inventory and returned consumer goods.
