A five-minute video posted on YouTube appears to document a November high speed chase through Morgan County that end after police shot the Colorado driver in the eye,

The clip appears to be dash cam video from a police car and was posted on the Internet on Monday. It shows multiple police cars following behind a white pickup truck driven by 41-year-old Kristine Nicole Biggs. A Morgan County sheriff's deputy then fires through the windshield at Biggs. She was struck in her left eye.

The Davis County Attorney's Office is investigating the shooting and has not yet said whether the use of force by the officer was justified.

Prosecutors have charged Biggs with two counts of third-degree felony aggravated assault and one count of felony failure to respond to an officers signal to stop, along with several misdemeanor charges.

Biggs was initially in critical condition at an Ogden hospital but was later released and booked into the Davis County jail.
