CVR Refining LP • Sugar Land, Texas, 20 million common units, priced $24 to $26, managed by Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol CVRR. Business: Limited partnership formed to own and operate petroleum refining and auxiliary businesses.

CyrusOne Inc. • Carrollton, Texas, 16.5 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CONE. Business: Owner, operator and developer of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral data center properties.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. • Miami, Fla., 23.5 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by UBS and Barclays. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NCLH. Business: Third largest cruise line operator in North America.

Open house • Utah Valley Toastmasters is hosting a free open house so the public can meet members and hear Mark Hersom, a former radio personality, talk about the importance of communication skills and goal setting for today's professionals, noon to 1 p.m., Bureau of Reclamation office, 202 E. 1860 South, Provo. Utah International Auto Expo • Visitors are invited to check out hundreds of the latest vehicles from manufacturers, from electric cars to the hottest sports cars, at the Utah International Auto Expo, which runs through Jan. 18 at the South Towne Expo Center, 9575 S. State St. Sandy. Hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for senior citizens; children 12 and under are admitted free.

Open house • The Utah Technology Council, which represents the state's high-tech and medical products companies, will host its annual free open house, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at 2755 E. Cottonwood Parkway, Salt Lake City. Light refreshments will be served.
