HB52 • The list of banned chemicals used in the synthetic drugs spice and bath salts is getting longer.

In what has become an annual tradition, the Utah Legislature added several new chemicals to the list of banned ingredients.

HB52, sponsored by Rep. Paul Ray, R-Clearfield, passed the Senate unanimously on Thursday and now heads to the governor for his action.
