Hockey: Utah Grizzlies 5, Idaho Steelheads 4

The Utah Grizzlies defeated the Idaho Steelheads 5-4 in an ECHL game Saturday night at Maverik Center in West Valley City.

ECHL leading scorer Mitch Wahl extended his scoring streak to 11 straight contests in the game with one goal and one assist for Utah. Shane Owen earned the victory in goal by stopping 23 of 27 shots.

Utah outshot Idaho 39-27, including 16-4 in the second period. The Grizzlies built a 5-4 lead in the third period and barely held off Idaho.
