Here's your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. Government agencies have until 24 hours before a meeting to post their agendas, so check back as this schedule will be updated. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

American Fork City Council • Will hold a public hearing for input on adopting a Police, Fire and Parks and Recreation impact fee. There is also a proposal for an irrigation and culinary water impact fee; Tuesday, Feb. 26, 7 p.m. 31 N. Church St., American Fork. View the American Fork agenda.

Salt Lake County Council • Will receive an update on plans for a new headquarters' building for the District Attorney's Office and a proposal from the County Sheriff's Office to provide its own mental health services in jails, rather than using a contractor; Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1:30 p.m., Room 2003, North Building, County Government Center, 2001 S.
