The long awaited "kind-of" ruling has come in on the Utah Stream Access Coalition's suit against HB141.The judge took a long time to decide not to make a decision and said the court must consider further evidence. It is a small victory in what is shaping up to be a grand war surely destined for the Utah Supreme Court. Or as Craig Coburn, who represented USAC in case told the Salt Lake Tribune: It's first and goal with just inches to go. But the state contends it has a powerful defensive line.
