ContactPoint, the St. George maker of telephone call analytics and tracking software, has completed a financing round from a group of investors that includes Omniture founder Josh James.

The amount of the investment by Plus550 Group wasn't revealed.

The other Plus550 partners are Todd Pedersen, founder of Vivent; Rick Alden, founder of SkullCandy; Alan Hall, founder of Grow America; and Greg Warnock, managing director of Mercato Partners and cofounder of vSpring Capital.

ContactPoint's LogMyCalls software automates activities with the aim of improving marketing and sales.

"This investment from people like Josh James and Plus500 is extraordinary. It's a huge stamp of approval from industry giants about the power of our business plan and the uniqueness of our product offering," Jason Wells, ContactPoint CEO, said in a statement.
