Provo police say a 14-year-old girl who went missing from school Monday has been found alive and well.
Provo police Lt. Mathew Siufanua said Charice Beaumont was found Tuesday morning in neighboring Pleasant Grove. She had spent the night "either in or just outside, we're not sure yet which," an LDS Church chapel there, he said.
The girl called her mother at 9:20 a.m. Provo police did a reverse search on the call, located the origin and then had Pleasant Grove police contact the girl. She was found about 10 a.m. at a home near the chapel where she had asked to use a phone.
