I doubt you need an excuse to get out and fish more, but just in case you do Cabela's has kicked off its annual Fish For Millions national contest. It's easy. You go online and register and if you catch a tagged fish you win money or prizes. If you download the Cabela's app and are lucky enough to catch the $1 million tagged fish you automatically win $2 million.I had to register myself to find out which waters were eligible, so I guess I will be paying attention to the fish I land when visiting the following Utah waters: Utah Lake; Starvation Reservoir; Joes Valley Reservoir; East Canyon Reservoir; Lake Powell; Paragonah Lake; Gunnison Bend Reservoir (really?); Rockport Reservoir; Carbon County Pond; Leigh Hill Pond; Gigliotti Pond; Deer Creek State Park; and Palisades Reservoir.Other cash prizes range from $100,000 to $10,000 with Ranger bass boats, a Chevy Silverado and all kinds of gear presented to winners.
