An organic line of cosmetics, part of whose sales proceeds will go to help women's causes, will be featured at a product launch party Saturday at Westminister on the Draw, 2150 S. 1300 East in Salt Lake City.

From 7:30 p.m. to 9 :30 p.m. there will be food, a raffle and discounted lip-care products and free makeovers.

Westminster College student Caitlin Jolley founded Inside and Out Cosmetics, and all products are certified organic by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The company's goal is to support women-empowering charities with a portion of every sale.

Jolley developed the idea while studying in the Project- Based MBA program at Westminster.

Last year, she took first place and $5,000 in Westminster's Opportunity Quest business plan competition. Inside and Out also won in the competition's Social Entrepreneurship category, good for another $2,000.

"Westminster's Center for Entrepreneurship has helped me take concepts I've learned in the classroom and apply them in the real world," said Jolley. "The center's director, Linda Muir, has been an incredible mentor to me. She and the center gave me the resources, support and direction I need to make the business concept a reality."

For the event Saturday, Inside and Out has partnered with Women of the World, which supports refugee women in Utah. Attendees may sponsor a refugee or sign up to volunteer. —
