Hopefully you can get a refund on your hotel reservations down in St. George, Class 3A baseball fans.

The Utah High School Activities Association announced Sunday night that the 3A state tournament has been moved from Dixie State College to Utah Valley University in Provo.

The move was made because Dixie State was named the host site for the NCAA Division II West Regional. That means the 3A baseball field needed to find a new home.

Kevin Dustin, assistant director of the UHSAA, said updated brackets will be on the UHSAA website Monday.

Spanish Fork also will host four games, Dustin said in an email.
