Re "Alleged cop killer Matthew Stewart hangs self in jail cell" (Tribune, May 26):

Three cheers for the Ogden Police Department. First they order their officers into an ambush in which one of them (Jared Francom) dies while trying to rescue a wounded fellow officer. Then the prime suspect (Matthew David Stewart) takes his own life while in custody.

Two young men are now dead over a few marijuana plants apparently being grown primarily for personal consumption. Good work there Ogden P.D. Am I the only person wondering if there isn't a better way to do this?
