Salt Lake City police are looking for an armed man who forced a Dollar Store employee to empty the business safe of cash.
SLCPD Lt. Mike Hamideh, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation, would not say what kind of weapon firearm, knife, club, etc. the suspect used to threaten the store employee during the holdup about 9 a.m. Monday at 389 W. 1830 South.
Police said the suspect was described as a white male, 20-30 years old, about 5-foot-10, with a thin build and a light reddish-blond beard. The man wore a black jacket, black pants, black and white shoes, and a black beanie-style cap.
