Utah-based Henry Walker Homes has opened a 154-unit town home community, Villages at Westridge, at 5315 S. and 5600 West in West Valley City.
Designed to combine housing, recreation and open space, the subdivision includes a playground and barbecue pavilion, and also offers lawn maintenance and snow removal. The property is near the USANA Amphitheater and the Utah Olympic Oval.
Four construction plans are available, with town homes ranging from 870 square feet to 1,390 square feet priced in the $150,000 range.
