The Utah Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a fatal rollover crash last week on State Route 125 in Millard County.

UHP said 57-year-old Jill Hintze of Oak City died in the 7 p.m. Thursday accident near mile post 14.

Troopers said the crash occurred when Hintze's vehicle drifted off the left side of the southbound lane and into a culvert. The impact launched the vehicle into the northbound lane, where it rolled several times.

Hintze was dead at the scene, UHP said.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation on Monday.
