Here's what's being talked about over the weekend in pop culture:

• Sarah Guyard-Guillot, 31, a performer in Cirque du Soleil's "Ka" show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, died after falling 50 feet during a performance. It's the first death in Cirque du Soleil's 30-year history. [USA Today]

• Jim Kelly, an afro-wearing martial-arts performer who appeared in Bruce Lee's "Enter the Dragon," has died at the age of 67. [New York Daily News]

• The combination of Sandra Bullock and Michelle McCarthy in "The Heat" clobbered Channing Tatum in "White House Down" at the box office this weekend – but they both came up behind "Monsters University" for the top spot. [Box Office Mojo]
