Just warms the heart

When I heard that the Utah Transit Authority has asked for a tax increase to cover future projects, I felt this warm feeling settle over me and gently caress my heart.

I hope the money is used wisely. They should start by doubling the salaries and bonuses of UTA officials. Lord knows they work much harder than their counterparts in Los Angeles and New York!
