A woman who died in a one-vehicle rollover crash Monday on Interstate 15 in southwestern Utah has been identified as 28-year-old Ruthann Goodwin of Cedar City.
Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson said troopers had determined that Goodwin was not using her seat belt when her northbound 2003 Jeep Liberty slid into a concrete barrier wall and then rolled onto the southbound lanes of the freeway about 5 miles north of Hurricane.
Goodwin was ejected as the vehicle rolled. She died at the scene.
