Be 'good' Russians?

Now that Russia is quickly turning full-on, scapegoating Nazi under its new fuhrer, Vladimir Putin, will the Mormon Church instruct Russian Mormons — as it instructed the German Mormons in Nazi Germany before them — to be loyal, patriotic Russian citizens, seen and treated by the Russian government and people as "good" Russians fully fitting into and participating in Russian society and culture?

And will the vast majority of Russian Mormons in the new Russia do exactly that, just like the vast majority of German Mormons did in Nazi Germany?
